Yerran Industrial is 100% indigenous owned business.

The image draws inspiration from the distinctive patterns of body paint worn in Kungarakan ceremonies combined with its’ namesake, the cycad, grounded in the land. Yerran is the Kungarakan word for cycad.

Yerran Industrial was established by Territorians Steve Ludwig and Dave Espie, who both have more than 30 years’ experience in the construction, mining, Defence and resource industries. 

Murunda Steve Ludwig, founding director of Yerran, is a traditional owner of the lands located around the Batchelor and Finniss River areas south of Darwin including Litchfield National Park. This is the land of the Kungarakan, or Paperbark People.

Yerren is a full member of NT Indigenous Business Network and the Australia Industry & Defence Network-NT, and a certified Indigenous supplier with Supply Nation.

Yerren is also involved in the Rum Jungle mine rehabilitation project, 100 kilometres south of Darwin, where Steve is a Traditional Owner.
